ways to render onsite support
for your business depending
on your individual needs.
Non-Contract
Billed at our standard
hourly billing rate with
applicable trip charges we
are glad to work on an
‘at-will’ basis
whenever you need us. This
often is a fit for clients
who have a degree of in house
IT support and just need some
direction or just an extra
pair of hands for a given
project. Payment must be
rendered at the time of
service.
Contract with
Preventative
Maintenance
Together with a Red
Diamond service consultant we
would make a determination of
how many hours in a given
month we project will be
required to service your
needs effectively. In
addition a Preventative
Maintenance plan will be
developed that will ensure
the reliability and
performance of your network
and all the devices on it.
This is the least expensive
method of maintaining your
network as problems can be
identified and addressed
prior to them becoming
emergencies.
Based on the number of
hours required, a discount
will be applied depending on
the volume of hours used. As
opposed to Non-Contract
clients, we will bill you for
services within 3 days of
finishing the work.
Pre-Paid Block of
Time
By paying in advance we
offer our lowest billable
hourly rate. Trip charges
still apply but this scenario
provides for the most
economical way of Red Diamond
providing services to your
business. This is a good fit
for a client who knows that
an upcoming project is going
to require more than 10
billable hours of service and
wants to make it as cost
competitive as possible.
