Tom’s background is
primarily in sales and
marketing. 15 years of solid
business to business
experience in the consumer
products and healthcare
fields with companies such as
Time Warner, Eli Lilly and
Xomed. Able to date himself
back to Windows 3.1 Tom has
developed solid Office and
Home Office technical skills
and can support most devices
below the server level. Since
starting a full time IT
career in 1998 he has
developed an ability to
bridge the gap between the
layman and the tech speak to
assist business owners in
making informed decisions
about their
infrastructure.
Wally graduated from Florida
State University with a
Bachelor of Science in
Computer and Information
Sciences in 1995. In
addition, he was inducted
into the Upsilon Pi Epsilon
Honorary Fraternity, open
only to the students with a
GPA greater than 3.5 that are
nominated by faculty. Wally
has an extensive IT skill set
from being in both the roles
of IT manager for major
technical firms along with
solid trench experience in
the field of independent IT
support. He was the driving
force in the founding of Red
Diamond Technology Group in
2004. Wally has a strong
ability to scale his
solutions to fit the needs of
the client, regardless of
their size. Although gifted
technically, he has a great
talent for helping users with
their problems without using
tech speak.
Wally is a Microsoft Certified
Professional (MCP) with
advanced Marconi switch and
UNIX
certifications as well.
